A WordPress recipe plugin is not connected to your Shopify store. You can link to products, but there is no add-to-cart button on the ingredient and no revenue tracking for each recipe.
On the Growth plan, Recipe Kit links an ingredient to a Shopify product, and you choose which variants shoppers can pick. Shoppers add products to cart without leaving the recipe. You can also turn on an Add all to cart button. Checkout is your normal Shopify checkout.

Redirect each old URL to its new recipe page in Shopify under Online Store > Navigation > URL redirects. Our support team can help you plan them. Nobody can promise rankings, since Google decides those.
